I’m so sick and tired of the filth on the internet. It’s so anoying that I can’t surf the internet without some half naked woman showing up on the screen. It’s getting to be just as bad on television. How many shows can you watch nowadays without having some sort of sex scene. CSI is a great example of this. Not only that, but everyone thinks that the way to advertise to men is to advertise to their penis. Has anyone seen the internet ads for this game called evony? All of the ads for this free internet game feature the same thing. A camera zoomed in on some poorly dressed woman. An article I read a few months back said that this had nothing to do with the game and that it’s purpose was to intice people to click the link out of curiosity. It’s nothing more than a marketing ploy. Companies use sex against consumers in order for them to buy their products.
Think about this in the context of using the Google search engine. You may think that its free to use but now lets say you need to buy a product you’ve never purchased before. Lets say you need to buy peanut butter and you end up buying JIF because you saw and ad on google. Brand recognition. You’re not self-consciously thinking this out as you buy things but in the back of your mind is a brand from an ad you don’t remember seeing.
I digress. Point being I’m tired of seeing woman who take off their clothes in order to have an anonymous audience to tell them their beautiful.
